GIFT CERTIFICATES.... all purchased gift certificates that were sold between Nov. 23rd and Dec. 23rd (which was last day any were sold due to startup of closure discussion that day) may be mailed to GRUMPY's at PO BOX # 7, Grand Meadow, MN 55936 for refunds.
No gift certificates were sold after owner meetings discussing closure were started.
